I am a believer. A believer in the grey areas, in doing everything you can. In searching for possibilities, and trying your hardest. I believe in magic, and spirits and that sometimes wishing very hard actually delivers results (especially when you work hard for them too).
I believe that things are mostly within our control, except when they truly are not. I believe that sometimes just BELIEVING brings results.
I also believe that there is a lot we don’t know, and that perhaps by opening our minds we may learn a few things, or have the opportunity for improvement.
I also believe that there is always more than one way to achieve results and that if we need results, we should be looking at every possible option to find them.
Now, I am a fairly lucky sort of gal. I am “fairly” fit. I have a stable relationship with my partner and my family. I have a warm home, and live in a safe place. I have enough money for necessary and unnecessary purchases. Basically, I have options and choices and for that I am thankful.
But I do get some tummy trouble.
If you have ever travelled with me, or (sorry!) roomed with me, you will know I get tummy trouble. It is unpleasant, often more so for you than for me, and is affected by diet, stress, travel and anything that goes funky in my schedule.
Just tummy trouble.
So, I do what I can to manage it. I know what irritates my tummy, and I know what can seem to help. I have bottles of natural products that join me on my travels, and I have adapted my life to suit my body.
And I am always keeping a look out for other things that can help. Anything. Especially if it is affordable, and easy.
Hazelwood is shown to have anti-inflammatory properties that can help with joint inflammation, heart burn and related GI concerns, skin inflammation (eczema), mouth ulcers, teething and other problems, such as tummy troubles.
Sign me UP!! I am game to try anything, my belief in stepping out of the pharmaceutical world and embracing the homeopathic so much stronger now.
I have been wearing the Pure Hazelwood bracelet for about 3 weeks now, and while I still have the occasional blip, overall I feel balanced.
And for a gal who has a hard time matching my socks to my shirt, I actually really like the style of the bracelet I chose. And if it helps me feel healthier, than I consider that a double win.
