It is T minus 2 weeks until we head to St. Lucia for our TomTom holiday.
That means 2 weeks to deal with the past 6 months of an extra glass of wine at dinner and “clearing out the cupboards” before we moved.
It isn’t a big deal, and I don’t struggle with my weight, but the thought of posting bikini clad pics of myself, in my current physical state, has me in a bit of a tizzy.
Yes, bikini. I still wear a bikini.
Why? Because I figure whoever is looking is going to know what’s going on in there whether it is covered up or not.
And (this is my theory) fat looks better tanned.
So, I am “watching” what I eat (hah, watching the buttery goodness fill my fork!) and I am trying to get out and exercise more.
It’s a good theory right. . . Except I still need to find “my place” to spin my buns off (mission of the coming week) and i have been fighting a cold and have no interesting in using my minimal energy for sweat.
Ahhh. . . terrible isn’t it. Poor baby has to spend 2 weeks on the beach and she is worried her thighs may rub together a little.
So, to make myself feel better (and keep eating butter) I tried something new.
I figured, if my skin looks fab and those 3 little stretch marks at my bikini line were gone. . . well no one would look at my muffin top, or my sagging buttocks.
Right?
I am doing a Nucerity trial. The lovely Sarah Roy popped me a bottle with the words of wisdom “Use this, it will help”
I am only on day four. I’ll keep you posted.
But. . . I actually think it IS helping. At least my hubby did notice I wasn`t so wrinkley. . .
Anyway – you will have the bikini shots in a few weeks anyway! You can see for yourself! And, please look away from the muffin top at gaze instead at my glowing skin and happy smile!
