Our trip details from the TomTom Map Paradise challenge came today. Holy crap super awesomeness! Amazing resort, flights all booked and ready, and no credit card needed. It was a spark in our day and another reminder that it is real!
It has nothing and everything to do with our move. Completely unrelated and a totally fortuitous addition to our plans, it also helps us feel like we are on the right path. Winning, when we did, felt like a blessing from the universe!
And then, imagining the weeks away, feeling so fortunate in the opportunity of having this amazing vacation (one we never would have chosen… we normally shun all-inclusives’) to share with our kids and timing is as a final crescendo to our crazy fall… it all feels right.
Things do work out, not by luck or by chance, but by hard work and attempts at opportunities. I keep reminding myself of this!
Today we are 2 weeks from D-Day (moving out for good) and while the list of things to do is getting longer (and longer since we are currently vacationing in desolation sound) our excitement is growing as well.
We have 2 weeks between moving out and moving in to the new place… and for some reason, we still don’t know what we are doing in that two weeks. I keep thinking something cool is going to come up for us… maybe wishful thinking or perhaps I can’t face the reality of it all. Or maybe, we just love adding to the chaos! And I remind myself, that things do work out (but I do have to make an attempt at an opportunity)
And then today, walking the warf at Lund, hubby finds a boat for sale. Just maybe this is our opportunity. Just maybe, the fact that as we move out of our home we are heading directly up here with the dogs and the stuff is not just luck, it is part of the bigger plan?
Maybe this is the opportunity?
