As the days get warmer, and the bikini comes out from the drawer more often, I start turning to crisp salads for meals and snacks.
My old standby is a green salad, with a dash of fresh peppers and a crunchy green apple and maybe a crumble of feta on top.
But after awhile, the old standby gets a little dull.
