We have 3 kids. Two daughters and a son.
Somedays we have time for everyone, and some days we feel like we are stretched a little too thin to manage all of this. The big one has homework, and needs “extra” girl time to chat and discuss (at great length) the details of her day.
The little one . . . well if he was a wheel he would squeak. Loudly and consistently. Snacks, shoes, snuggles, the list is endless, and LOUD.
So the middle one gets the shaft a lot. She is quiet, independent and easily entertained. She tends to withdraw rather than make a fuss, so as parents even when things are bad, we have a chance we will miss it.
And for her trying to get a word in about her day during dinner, it is virtually impossible with all the other, louder voices taking control.
So we are always keen to find ways to help her feel special, recognized and listened to.
V-tech has a new KidZoom Watch out for little ones age 4 and up. A smart watch, with a touchscreen that captures photos and videos and shares learning apps … AND tells the time.
My daughter loves the alarm feature (she tends to be the first one up most mornings anyway) and sets it so she can have her quality time with mom and dad (and a cup of coffee) before the others awake.
And sitting with her at the end of the day we can go through the videos she made of her special moments, listen to voice recordings (so she doesn’t forget to tell us something special) and check out her special pics snapped!
At school or playing in the chicken coop she now has a special way to share her day with the family. Something that is entirely HERS, and that the whole family is interested in checking out!
You can grab a Vtech Kidzoom Watch online or in stores NOW!
