Middle of March and for most of us we are either deep into spring break, or recovering it. This is the time of year that we start to get slack on our resolutions, forget why we stopped eating donuts in the morning, and end up filling the coffee cup THREE times each morning.
The good habits we were so keen on keeping are out the door, and we are sliding back into pizza night, and cocktail tuesday.
