I am on countdown for my first trip to Chicago. Seriously, counting the days, minutes and seconds!

Not only because it will be my first glimpse of the city, but also because I can’t wait to spend the week at the amazing newly renovated Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago.

I am pretty excited to be spending the week, exploring Chicago and attending one of the biggest social media conferences of the year.  Already knowing my feet with me tired at the end of the day, I am super keep to be spending my nights relaxing in this newly renovated space. And NOT sharing a bed with my 3yr old.

As a “mom blogger” attending a conference I am ready to suck the knowledge and experience and time from this week. Glad you asked, it includes parking and if you know anything about Chicago that’s a deal as some hotels charge $50/day for parking alone! Partly due to the conference the Hyatt is booked on these dates so far: 7/24, 7/26-7/27, 7/30-7/31, 8/2, 8/3. {keep checking back though as people do tend to cancel & change reservations all the time}

On top of that the Hyatt also has a great “Hyatt Has It” program. Are you like me and always forget to pack something? Well the Hyatt Has It program if you forget something you need you can borrow it!  I love that idea as it’s not always easy or there’s not always enough time to find a store to get what you forgot. I have to make sure I bring my curling iron, it’s a must for me (especially with my “new do”)
