We’ve reno’d a couple bathrooms in our years, from new walls, to shiny new plumbing. We have made mistakes and learned our way through each project.

And on one project, an early one, hubby accidentally hooked the toilet pipes up the the hot water.

Not cold, but hot.

And as I sat upon that toasty toilet, I wondered why we had never done this before?
Besides the heating bill, of course

Fearing the loss of dollars with every flush, the system was quickly switched back to “normal” by the hubby (he didn’t even try it)

Normal being cold water. Brrrr.

And that gos me thinking. What is it about our current “normal” bathroom routine that works?

Is it the thin, dry paper? The cold seat ( and ours squeakes everytime we sit on it).

There has to be a better way

So when the chance to try the Cottonelle flushable cleansing cloths came my way, being an exciting person, and thinking back to my warm water toilet experience, I thought “why not”.

Because just because use we do something the same way all the time, doesn’t mean it is right.
Right?

And, it just makes sense, doesn’t it? Why scratch your bumb with dry tissue when you can use a smooth wet wipe?

I am going to keep my experience to myself, but let’s just say the only thing our bathroom needs now is a warmer for these wipes.  That would make the whole experience divine. . . and bring me right back to my hot water potty experience.
