Why blog you ask? (or maybe you don’t, but for the sake of this post, you did)

For me, it makes me feel better. It clears my brain. It allows me to be social, in an unsociable sort of way, but still social.

For money … it’s true, it does make money. And money pays the mortgage, and buys the kids shoes, and lets us eat real food.

And because it is simply just a whole lot of fun.

I mean, why wouldn’t i want to write about neato new products, share creative advertising, and work with neato people around the globe.  As a job, it is fun.

As a job that I can do from a comfy chair in front of the fire with a hot cup of tea… it is freaking amazing.

But the main reason, it because of you.

Yes … YOU.  the reader.

I like it when you read my words.

It makes me feel good when you visit my pages.

And when you comment on my posts, or share my writing with your friends… I kind of get all giddy and silly and excitable.

It makes me feel like I have done something you like.

So.. knowing this.

If you like something I write, please comment on the post.

If something stuck in your brain, or made you feel good, please share it with your friends on facebook or in the twitterverse.

Pop a quick like, or a comment, or a retweet. It only takes a wee second… but for me, it means an awful lot.

And if you don’t like something I have shared, that’s ok. You can tell me that too…but please just use your inside voice when you do it.
